Christmas films and movies
The Golden Compass
I wonder how many of you saw this film over the Christmas holidays? If you did, come and tell me what you thought of it. I enjoyed it but was shocked at the ending! I expect many of you who have read the book, feel the same way. The 'cut' ending will apparently appear at the start of the next movie in the trilogy.

Did anyone see this super adaptation of one of my favourite books by Noel Streatfield.

Billie Piper starred again as detective Sally Lockhart in Philip Pullman's Victorian London. There are four books in this series, all of which are on display in the library.
